In an inspiring move to empower the next generation, a group of passionate entrepreneurs in Aceh has launched a free coding school for underprivileged youth. Recognizing the growing demand for digital skills in today’s technology-driven world, these local changemakers have come together with a shared vision: to bridge the digital divide and create opportunities for young people who may otherwise be left behind. The school, located in Banda Aceh, offers a fully subsidized curriculum focused on practical, industry-relevant coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. The idea was born out of the founders’ own experiences.
